QUALITY SYSTEM:

Pansa Machine Shop NV is presently involved in the fabrication of pressure vessels, power boilers and piping, and has developed a Quality system and Manual to achieve performance in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

SCOPE:

The scope of our quality system provides a written standard description of procedures which are followed to manufacture, examinate and test these items in accordance with Section VIII (Div I), Section I, and B3I.I of the ASME Code. Also the repairs and alterations to National Board Inspection Code (NBIC), for this location and field sites controlled by this location.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the system is to ensure that all fabrication conforms to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, that repairs and alterations in accordance with the NBIC, and work is performed to the contractual requirements of the customer.
